Husky dogs, tobogganing and an Alpine Coaster!

15th July 2020

The Reds and Blues had an early start this morning as we headed to Glacier 3000. The trip began with two gondola rides up to the peak, despite the clouds moving in and the visibility not at its best spirits were still high. Ines won our competition to see who could stand on one leg the longest on the moving gondola, what a champ!

First stop was the husky dog sledding, with everyone getting a chance to race around the glacier and even meet the huskies for a stroke or two, a rare treat! Ari made friends with a husky called Arry as they bonded over their similar sounding names.

After we went to make the most of the snow with some tobogganing. Working hard to race to get to the top in the snow then flying back down.

The highlight of our trip was of course the Alpine Rollercoaster, which everyone agrees was super fun. A busy and brilliant day for he reds and blues. Everyone will be sleeping well tonight!

WE ORGANISE AMAZING Winter CAMPS TOO...
