Why?

The days offer the opportunity for you to learn more about Camp Suisse and meet some of the team as well as to participate in some assessment-style games and activities. Lunch in the form of simple sandwiches is provided.

What to expect

The morning session will consist of a short talk including an initial introduction to Camp Suisse and our programme. We will also talk about the kinds of characteristics we are looking for in candidates when building a team to work with our guests in the Alps this summer. This will be followed by a series of group tasks and games where candidates will have the opportunity to promote different skill sets.

We will then break for lunch and at this time announce which candidates we would like to invite back for the afternoon session. This is part of the selection process and should you not be successful at this stage you will be free to go. If you are invited back for the afternoon session there will be further interactive sessions and a face-to-face interview with one of the senior management of Camp Suisse.

The day will be finished for all candidates by 17.00 at the latest.
